Ive been seeing Luke now for a few years and he is a wonderful provider! As a woman, I've always had problems with male doctors being condescending or not hearing what I have to say, but Luke really listens to any concerns I have and actually works with me to address them. And I also adore my nurse Jerica! Ive been fortunate to have her before all of my appointments and she is just so full of light and positive energy. No matter what kind of day I have had, she will make it 10x better!

I love this place. I’ve been a patient here for nearly 30 years, since I was a teenager. My mom, my sister and my husband are all patients here. Dr. Babcock is friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. His staff, Paris and Ebony, are also wonderful. I’m always greeted by smiling, friendly faces when I walk in. They are also prompt, which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this practice.

This is an amazing doctor’s office. I have never been to a more friendly and professional medical facility. I especially would like to give a shoutout to Kayla who drew my blood on the first try. I hadn’t did any labs in over 4 years because my veins are not great. However she came in and got me squared away. I recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great experience with knowledgeable and experienced staff.

I’ve been visiting this practice for 6+ months and could not be happier with my experiences. The front desk staff is so professional and kind. The nurses do a great job taking blood and vitals. Mr. Cassidy is a great provider and I would recommend to anybody.

I’ve been a patient of Tyler Cassidy’s for nearly 10 years and have followed him from his previous practice. As a former nurse, I can confidently say Tyler is hands down the BEST practitioner I’ve ever seen in my life! He is exceptionally sharp, stays current on evidence-based practices, and takes a truly holistic approach to patient care. He has an impeccable bedside manner and a genuinely warm demeanor that is increasingly hard to find these days. He listens thoroughly, seeks to understand your full medical history, and partners with you to address both current health concerns and long-term goals. He is the real deal. Raleigh Family Practice has an absolute gem on their team, and I’m so grateful to continue having him as my practitioner. Tyler you ROCK!!!!

I’ve been going to Raleigh Family Practice for years now and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Patel has wonderful bedside manner and takes all my concerns seriously. I also have a hard time getting my blood drawn and have a history of passing out during this process, but Nurse Maiya is able to get it first try reducing my stress immensely! All the staff at Raleigh Family Practice are wonderful and I enjoy seeing them every time I’m there :)

I can’t say enough good things about Raleigh Family Practice. This is the team I call first when my body starts acting like it’s got opinions. Check-in with KJ and Maria is always warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming — and the waiting room soundtrack of vintage Bob Barker + Wheel of Fortune is the perfect touch. It’s like being home sick as a kid: couch, blanket, 7-Up… but with brighter lighting and actual medical answers. Then Nurse Robin (aka Florence Nightingale with a clipboard) comes in. She’s seen it all, misses nothing, and somehow takes vitals while I deliver a very detailed, director’s-cut version of my symptoms. Calm, kind, and completely on it. And then Amie Clarke strides in - my whip-smart quarterback. She listens as long as I need, asks the right questions, and starts calling plays with purpose. No shrugging, no “let’s just wait and see,” no settling for “no.” She’s on a mission, and you can feel the whole team moving in sync. I always leave feeling like I’ve got a formidable, highly competent crew in my corner — and that kind of care is rare. Five stars, every time.

My husband and I have been going to Raleigh Family Practice for over 30 years. I now see Dr. Babcock, who is a good listener and problem solver. His nurse, Paris, is patient and kind. I have seen several of the doctors here, and we have been impressed by the time they spend with us and the care they provide. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sarah Frank is the real deal Dr. Sarah Frank is honestly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but what really sets her apart is that she actually cares about you as a person. From day one, she’s shown me genuine compassion and respect through everything. She’s guided me through my treatment and surgical prep with such care, and it never feels like you’re just another patient moving through the door. She listens to you, takes your concerns seriously, and treats you like a partner in your own healthcare rather than just talking at you. My last visit with her was great—she kept things professional but also really conversational and supportive. She knew my medical history, asked thoughtful questions, and we actually talked through things together. You can tell she’s invested in your recovery and wellbeing, not just checking boxes. If you’re looking for a doctor who knows her stuff and actually gives a damn about her patients, Dr. Frank is it. She’s made a real difference in my care.

⸻ I visited this clinic today for my primary care appointment, and I had a great experience. María helped me schedule my appointment and assisted me at the front desk—she was very kind and welcoming. Shery, the medical assistant, was also very friendly and professional. Dr. Jarett was attentive, kind, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Everything was very smooth and fast. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this clinic.
